You pay one plan fee plus usage. Studio and Agency charge $0.12/min after included minutes, covering the platform, STT, LLM, and TTS. SMS messages are $0.02 each, or $0.01 each with BYO telephony through Twilio or Telnyx. Telephony is separate: web calls have no telephony fee, bring-your-own telephony has no Trillet telephony fee, US Trillet telephony starts at $0.014/min, and other countries vary. Each client runs in their own workspace, and Agency lets you set your own per-minute markup.

SMS messages are billed at $0.02 each. If you bring your own telephony by connecting an external Twilio or Telnyx number, they are $0.01 each. SMS sent by a workflow step uses the same rate.

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of workflow runs — 2,000 on Studio and 10,000 on Agency, with a custom allotment on Enterprise. Additional runs are billed from your wallet balance at $0.012 per run on Studio and $0.010 per run on Agency. Only completed runs count: test runs, runs skipped by a filter or business-hours condition, and failed runs are free. Your run count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC), and workflows are never paused or blocked by billing. Calls placed by a workflow step use the standard call rates, and SMS messages are $0.02 each.

Once the AI transfers a call to a human, the $0.12/min AI usage charge stops. The transferred portion is billed at $0.05/min on both Studio and Agency.
