SMS/Mobile Privacy Status: Notwithstanding the above, mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Generally, this means we will keep your data for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period afterward to allow you to reactivate your account, or for us to comply with legal obligations. Call recordings are typically retained for 90 days unless required for legal reasons. We will securely dispose of your data when it is no longer needed.
